1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you", "your") and vipoh ("vipoh", "Platform", "we", "us", "our"), operator of the website vipoh.cam and associated gaming services. By accessing, registering an account, depositing funds, or using any gaming service provided by vipoh, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the vipoh platform and services. Continued use of vipoh services following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of such amendments. vipoh reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. 2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Legal Requirements

To register and maintain an account with vipoh, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence, whichever is greater;
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines and your jurisdiction of residence;
• You are not currently self-excluded from gambling activities through vipoh or any other gambling operator;
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party;
• All registration information you provide is truthful, accurate, current, and complete.

2.2 Account Registration Process

Account registration at vipoh requires provision of accurate personal information including but not limited to: full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and mobile telephone number. You agree to provide valid identification documents when requested by vipoh for verification purposes, including government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. vipoh reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time to verify your identity, age, and compliance with these Terms.

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) account with vipoh. Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited. If vipoh detects multiple accounts registered by the same individual, all such accounts will be suspended or terminated, and any associated funds and winnings may be forfeited. Accounts found to be in violation of this policy may result in permanent ban from vipoh services.

2.3 Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including username and password. You agree to notify vipoh immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. vipoh shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials. All activities conducted through your account shall be deemed to have been authorized by you, and you shall be liable for all such activities including deposits, wagers, and withdrawals.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

3.1 Deposits

vipoh accepts deposits via approved payment methods including but not limited to: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), online banking transfers through BPI, BDO, UnionBank, and other Philippine banking institutions, over-the-counter cash deposits via authorized retail partners, and cryptocurrency transfers where applicable. All deposits are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP) unless otherwise specified. The minimum deposit amount is One Hundred Pesos (PHP 100.00). There is no maximum deposit limit, however vipoh reserves the right to impose transaction limits for security and regulatory compliance purposes.

Deposit processing times vary by payment method. Electronic wallet deposits (GCash, Maya) and online banking transfers typically process instantly. Over-the-counter deposits and bank wire transfers may require up to twenty-four (24) hours for confirmation. Players are responsible for any fees charged by their payment provider. vipoh does not charge deposit fees except where explicitly stated at the time of transaction.

3.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests can be submitted through the Player account dashboard. vipoh processes withdrawals via the same payment method used for deposit unless alternative arrangements are made with customer support. The minimum withdrawal amount is Five Hundred Pesos (PHP 500.00). vipoh aims to process withdrawal requests within four (4) hours during business hours, subject to completion of required verification procedures.

Before your first withdrawal, vipoh requires completion of identity verification procedures including submission of government-issued identification and proof of address. Subsequent withdrawals may require additional verification at vipoh's discretion. Failure to complete verification procedures will result in withdrawal delays. All withdrawals are subject to review for compliance with anti-money laundering regulations and these Terms.

vipoh reserves the right to request additional documentation for withdrawals that exceed certain thresholds or exhibit patterns inconsistent with normal gaming activity. Withdrawals may be declined if bonus wagering requirements have not been met, if account verification is incomplete, if the withdrawal method is not supported, or if there is evidence of fraudulent activity or Terms violations.

3.3 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

vipoh maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) policies in compliance with Philippine regulations issued by the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) and international standards. Players are required to wager deposited funds at least one (1) time before withdrawal eligibility. Deposits followed immediately by withdrawal requests without substantial gaming activity may be declined and subject to investigation. vipoh reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities as required by law.

4. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

4.1 Bonus Terms

vipoh offers various promotional bonuses including but not limited to: welcome bonuses for new Players, reload bonuses for existing Players, loyalty rewards, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions which are displayed at the time of the promotion and incorporated into these Terms by reference. Bonuses are granted at vipoh's sole discretion and may be modified, suspended, or terminated at any time without prior notice.

Unless otherwise specified, bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal eligibility. Wagering requirements specify the total amount that must be wagered before bonus funds and associated winnings become withdrawable. For example, a PHP 1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement requires PHP 20,000 in total wagers before withdrawal. Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100%, table games may contribute 10-20%, and live dealer games may contribute 10% or be excluded entirely. Specific contribution rates are published in the bonus terms for each promotion.

4.2 Bonus Abuse and Forfeiture

Bonus abuse is strictly prohibited. Activities constituting bonus abuse include but are not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, coordinated play between multiple accounts, exploiting software errors or glitches for unfair advantage, irregular betting patterns designed to meet wagering requirements without risk, and any other activity that vipoh determines in its sole discretion to be abusive or fraudulent. Players found engaging in bonus abuse will have all bonuses and associated winnings forfeited, accounts suspended or terminated, and may be permanently banned from vipoh services.

vipoh reserves the right to void bonuses, withhold winnings, and close accounts without prior notice in cases of suspected bonus abuse. All decisions regarding bonus abuse are final and binding. Players have no right to compensation or recourse for voided bonuses or confiscated winnings resulting from bonus abuse determinations.

5. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

5.1 Game Integrity

All games offered on the vipoh platform utilize certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer equipment that has been independently tested and certified for fairness by accredited third-party testing laboratories. Return to Player (RTP) percentages are published for each game and represent the theoretical long-term payout percentage. Actual results in the short term may vary significantly from published RTP percentages due to statistical variance inherent in all games of chance.

Players acknowledge and agree that all game outcomes are determined by random chance (for RNG games) or by physical equipment such as cards, dice, and wheels (for live dealer games). vipoh does not and cannot influence individual game outcomes. All bets placed are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or modified after the game round has commenced.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the vipoh platform:

• Using automated betting software, bots, or any artificial intelligence to place bets;
• Colluding with other Players to gain unfair advantage;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain;
• Engaging in fraudulent activity including chargeback fraud, payment fraud, or identity fraud;
• Using stolen payment methods or funds obtained through illegal means;
• Conducting irregular betting patterns inconsistent with normal recreational play;
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification;
• Allowing third parties to access or use your account;
• Engaging in any activity that violates these Terms or applicable law.

Players found engaging in prohibited activities will have their accounts immediately suspended, all funds and winnings confiscated, and may face permanent ban from vipoh services. vipoh reserves the right to report illegal activities to law enforcement authorities and cooperate fully with any investigation.

6. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer

6.1 Service Availability

While vipoh strives to maintain continuous service availability, the platform and games may occasionally be unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, internet service disruptions, or circumstances beyond vipoh's reasonable control. vipoh shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience resulting from service interruptions. In the event a game malfunctions or fails to complete due to technical error, vipoh will void the affected game round and refund the original bet amount to the Player's account.

6.2 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, vipoh's total liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or use of vipoh services shall not exceed the amount of funds deposited by that Player into their vipoh account during the six (6) month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. vipoh shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.

6.3 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless vipoh, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against all claims, losses, expenses, damages, and costs including reasonable attorneys' fees arising out of or relating to: (a) your violation of these Terms; (b) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; or (d) any unauthorized or fraudulent use of vipoh services through your account.

7. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

7.1 Customer Complaints

If you have any complaint or dispute regarding vipoh services, you must first contact vipoh customer support via live chat or email. vipoh will make reasonable efforts to investigate and resolve all complaints in good faith within a reasonable timeframe. Formal written complaints should be submitted via email with detailed description of the issue, relevant transaction details, and any supporting documentation.

7.2 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or use of vipoh services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines. By using vipoh services, you irrevocably consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

8. General Provisions

8.1 Account Closure and Termination

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining account balance will be returned to the Player via their registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of verification procedures and satisfaction of any outstanding wagering requirements. vipoh reserves the right to close, suspend, or terminate any Player account at any time with or without prior notice for any reason including but not limited to Terms violations, suspicious activity, or regulatory requirements.

8.2 Intellectual Property

All content, software, graphics, logos, trademarks, and other intellectual property displayed on the vipoh platform are the exclusive property of vipoh or its licensors and are protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use vipoh services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of vipoh intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

8.3 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from these Terms and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be replaced with a valid and enforceable provision that most closely reflects the original intent.

8.4 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and vipoh regarding use of vipoh services and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications, whether written or oral. No waiver of any provision of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such provision or any other provision.

vipoh is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and protecting vulnerable Players. All Players are encouraged to gamble responsibly and within their financial means. Gaming should be a form of entertainment, not a way to make money or solve financial problems. vipoh provides responsible gaming tools including deposit limits, session time limits, reality checks, and self-exclusion options accessible through account settings.

Players who believe they may have a gambling problem are encouraged to seek help.
